When I first came into Star, I could bearly walk a few feet without sitting often. After 12 weeks, I’m able to walk for longer times and without holding onto something to keep from falling. I’m able to cook meals for my large family again.
I had taken a fall. Zach worked on building my strength and also improving my balance. I am continuing the exercises at home. I feel much more confident with my balance and strength. Thank you for your excellent support
