Staff NEVER bothered to make any appointments after my initial visit.OT failed to send notes for my spouse to his doctor. Nothing sent or signed by therapist since October 19th.
RecommendedTravis and his staff got me back to 100% after a shoulder injury. They are awesome!

I see Emily at Star Physical Therapy she is Awesome, Today makes my 2nd appointment with Emily. She takes time to explain everything before she has you do the exercises and making sure that you're OK throughout the exercises. Emily is Definitely great for STAR PHYSICAL THERAPY.....

I’ve been seen at Star for both OT and PT. The therapists are very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt improvement on my first visit. I would recommend this group to anyone needing their services.
