Great staff. They have helped me so many times, and I consider them more like friends than employees. I've also seen them do everything possible to help customers who were having trouble with their insurance companies. They also have saved me a lot of money because my insurance plan wouldn't pay for an expensive prescription.

Just rude and soooooo put out to have to answer the phone when I called and again when I picked up my prescription. When I called, I asked if my prescriptions had been called in because I had not gotten a text message and was afraid the walk-in clinic might not have called it in...it was the day before the 4th of July and I needed my medications. Star Pharmacy in the Ridley’s Family Market gives great service, and it’s so convenient to be able to pick up groceries plus anything I need at Ace Hardware, because they are all under the same roof (delicious coffee bar too - no need to run to Starbucks).

For almost 18 years the Star Pharmacy (Ridley’s) staff has been a blessing to me and my family. In hard times, scary times, sad times… I’m so grateful to live in the city of Star and to know that my questions will be answered with compassion and care. Thank you!
