I used Star last year and had absolutely no problems with bugs. This year, they came out and sprayed (after having to reschedule because they didn't show up when they were supposed to, and then they came to spray for bugs, but; didn't spray for weeds and fertilize like I had told them on the phone) - the bugs disappeared for a day or two, and now they are back worse than ever. And IN the house. I have never had issues with bugs inside the house. I've tried calling them for a week straight, they never answer - very disappoint... read more

When I was looking for a pest control company I found star pest control on google. Their customer service is beyond amazing. Everytime I called they answered and knew my name and the issue I was needing them for. Four days before they were suppose to come out, our tenant said that they had solved their problem and didnt need star to come out. I called outside of business hours, and they answered and were so friendly with me cancelling.

I've been a loyal Star Pest Control customer for several years and have generally been pretty happy with their service. But a couple of times lately I've had a little trouble with appointment times. When I've cleared my schedule, torn my house apart, and sat waiting the 3-4 hour block we'd scheduled for someone to come spray, being told they're still "across town" when the appointment time is past and they've had hours to get here can be problematic.
