Bought a tool on Amazon, it came incomplete, missing parts that make it impossible to use. Returned the tool and Star Performance Parts refunded half what I paid for the tool, saying it was a 50% restocking fee. The tool was never used and the company is crooked as hell. They lied repeatedly saying the tool was used, dirty and greasy. No way to get this dirty or greasy if tool is used correctly. Liars and scammers / thieves.
