This company lacks professionalism all around. They signed onto my sons case and sent a manager into my home whose son had active croup. She hacked her lungs up the whole time she was there and advised me that she just had really bad asthma and would have to step away for coughing fits which occurred every two minutes in my home. Working as a Nurse manager for Star for just over 7 years now. I’ve been able to share my own nursing knowledge with our Star nurses, as well as learn from them. We work as a team for our patients and families.
I love working with Star as a new nurse. They have been very understanding and patient. They are flexible which is something I needed with a child. Thank you Star Peds for giving me a chance. I like that I can read about the clients prior to going out to the homes.
