One of the worst agencies I've encountered. Stay away if you can. They have a high turn around rate in upper management. There is no accountability for anything. My child's records at one point have been falsified, they lie to their families and their nurses. Recently the communication has been poor, and inconsistent. I've had my personal property and my child's property damaged and or broken by their nurses.
