I have had several exams at this facility. (x-ray, ultrasound, MRI) Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive to needs being that I was truly not feeling well and having medical issues. I read a past review that referenced an IV needled left in during an MRI exam. As an x-ray tech myself, this is required for an MRI exam that includes contrast. They were able to do my lower lumbar and spine MRI within 2 hours. They were very professional and quick. Would have had to wait 5 days to get it done at my usual MRI place. Will be returning to this place when I need something again. Had a great tech and desk gals were friendly and helpful.

Star MRI had been highly recommended to me by my doctor, so I made an appointment there, despite the fact that there are quite a few MRI locations more convenient to me. When I checked in at the desk at Star MRI, I was asked for my driver's license and insurance card. I was given a clipboard with forms to fill out.
