I wish I can give a zero star! I went here to cash a check! And the teller was extremely rude! Not only did she not cash my check she said that she needed my social she needed my email address she needed every single little piece of information to cash a check! I have never used a social security to cash check in my life! This by far has been the worst experience I have ever had at a bank she needs to be fired everybody there needs a training course in how to treat people like humans!
I am writing this comment its not to destroy the reputation of star one but to correct the attitude of that white lady bank associate Lauren S. at Blossom hill branch. I just need to get this out of the public that I had a bad experience of their customer service that day when I apied for a loan my credit score is high she didn’t even pre approved . Jason U he is my loan officer after 10 days he hasn’t emailed me back for a final decision on my car loan when it’s supposed to take 48 hours, it’s impossible to reach out to him and the customer service to solve this problem is not any better
