Do not become a member of this bank if you are looking for a relationship with your bank who shows compassion and customer service. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a credit situation and First Tech Federal Credit Union had no desire to help us correct the situation. Unfortunately, this decision by First Tech will most likely cost us the mortgage we were approved for.
