I had oil delivered before I went on vacation thinking no one was showering and it was 80 degrees so no need to fuel up extra well the day I got back we were out so ok my fault I call have always done $100 at a time since it’s a small apartment well I then get charged for 100 gallons which is now a minimum requirement no one told me about. Oil gets delivered two days after I call. Still no hot water so I asked them to see if I have a pilot light out or something and they tell me they will check it out in an hour. They make things so easy. Price up front, card on file, and they deliver when they say they will. I get down to a quarter tank, I call and talk to them for about 20 seconds, and they bring oil within a couple days. Highly recommend.

Called to ask about prices because we are interested in switching providers for our home heating oil. What I was told was "We're not looking for new business". Huh?!? During this situation I would expect EVERYONE to LOVE new business.
