Food is consistently on point! We LOVE Star of India! Their prices are great and their food is even better! Best in the area!!!
Probably the tastiest Indian food in this area of Delaware. We've struggled with many sub-par restaurants in Newark and Wilmington - but this is our new favorite place. We usually get take-out, but they have a nice ambient dining room as well.
Absolutely wonderful! I've been eating at Star of India frequently for the past 15+ years. In the many Indian restuarants I've tried since, they're still the best! Lunch buffet or dinner, be assured the food is incredible. Signature dishes I enjoy most are Chicken Saag and Chicken Vindaloo. Get a Lassi as well, a cool yogurt sweet drink or an Indian spiced tea with milk and sugar.
