Sophia was instrumental in getting me a refund of my application fees when applying for apartments. She has been extremely instrumental in providing support, communicating options available to me, following through consistently with updates, and making it a priority to assist me. Star Nursing did nothing except collect money from the State of California, Medi-Cal, Medi-Care. Under qualified employees trying to perform a task that they are not even remotely qualified to do. Star Nursing had no issue with abandoning myself, my needs, and pat themselves on the back. Typical Government assisted health care corporation.

I cannot say enough about Star Nursing. I worked with EJ Marie M., Jhana Doloiras, and Fhavie Lopez. They were all so professional and kind through the process to help my Uncle find a suitable place to live and get care. I had emailed a few places to get help with the ALW process and EJ was the most professional and kind person to work with. My experience couldn't be better and I am so grateful we chose Star Nursing to guide us through this difficult time in helping my uncle live in a safe, comfortable place.

I would like to share positive feedback about Anna Espara. She was wonderful—very compassionate and always responsive to my calls. She provided clear guidance and support, which made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciate her dedication and care.
