We have been using this nursery for years, so I guess it time to do a review. We have always found this location to be ideal for us, and we believe it is the best Star Nursery in town. Their famous and friendly kitty kat always greets you with warmth and enjoys a quick pat or two. This place is the worst. They no longer sell dirt without you buying a 5 gallon " Star nursery bucket". And they want $12.99 PER 5 GALLON BUCKET. WHAT THIS MEANS IS THAT IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN 5 GALLON BUCKETS FROM HOME DEPOT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO FILL THEM UP WITH DIRT. THEY WANT YOU TO BUY THEIR 5 GALLON BUCKETS FOR $12.99 AND THEN BY THE DIRT. ANOTHER WAY TO PRICE GOUGE CUSTOMERS FOR 5 GALLON BUCKET OF DIRT $13 IS RIDICULOUS. I COULD BUY BAGS OF DIRT FOR $5 I'LL SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I will not be returning to this establishment due to a highly disappointing customer service experience. During my visit today to purchase a sprinkler valve, I was met with a rude and unprofessional lead cashier whose demeanor reflected clear dissatisfaction and anger, rather than a welcoming and helpful attitude.
