Five stars all around! Emma was absolutely wonderful to work with today. She was so sweet, funny, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. You don’t always come across someone who is this personable and genuinely great at customer service. Emma was a pleasure to work with, and she definitely deserves some recognition for making our experience such a good one!
Well we own a business, a landscaping business and I have sat here today Tuesday and tried to call three different star nurseries mind you throughout the day so this is 5 hours and no one will pick up the phone not once for plant material or commercial sales not one of the locations at Charleston Tropicana or Eastern have the time to answer the phones. I had the best shopping experience this morning shopping for plants that I can plant in my garden. Emma checked me out and she’s the sweetest person I have met. She helped me pick out my pots and we went over the prices of the plants I chose. She has a beautiful energy about her very helpful and she was quick too. Everyone at the nursery was in a great mood greeting me and talking about all the plants I had questions about. This really made my day so wonderful. Thank you for your kindness 🤗
