Lived here for three years ! Overall it’s more like a 3.5 in my book. There is stuff that could definitely be approved on. But let’s start with the pros: -Maintenance is AMAZING. Seriously. He is so quick to respond and so absolutely kind. They should give him a raise and bonus. -They were fair in the deposit that was given back to us. We paid for like the normal things cleaning and such. -The location is AWESOME. -Nice to (kinda) have a mail room area. We did have a single package stolen.
