RecommendedThis place was fantastic! Our server, Jessica, really knew her stuff. She made great recommendations and walked us through the menu. I landed on the Singapore Noodles and my wife had the Ramen, both were delicious!!
Great food great service. Highly recommended and did not disappoint. The pork belly buns and Saimin noodles were amazingly good. Definite must on Maui.
Star Noodle has great food and large portions. We have been for there for lunch and always have a great time . Great staff also .
Best ramen 🍜 noodles in Maui, and don’t forget to start with the pork buns, they will melt in your mouth and you can sit at the bar, very friendly bar tenders. Aloha!
Hot n Sour was AMAZING and just what I needed to get over a being a little sick. I recommend to everyone along with the Scalloo Shots and Teriyaki Chicken!
I always eat here when in Maui, food, service, atmosphere- all great! Noodles- the best!
Although the food was good, and it was cool to have the experience of going to this restaurant since it was on diners, drive ins, and dives, the staff was extremely unpleasant. Being a server myself, I tend to pick up and notice how other workers in restaurants behave. The hostess was extremely rude and made us wait 15 mins for an open spot at the bar that was intended for us. There was two other four tops open, but she said there were no tables available. It’s been two years, but we were there twice. Excellent both times I don’t remember what we had, but loved it all. Then took my girlfriend, her daughter and her grandson who was 8. They have gone back several times since they visit Maui twice a year. We are going in October and will visit Star Noodle at least once, but probably more. Love everything about it.
Absolutely wonderful creative and delicious take on noodles and Asian fusion. I’d eat here every day if I lived here. Make reservations if you want a table. Come hungry! Staff is wonderful.
