Best food I had my whole trip! Highly recommended to anyone who visits Lahaina!
We went there for a late lunch yesterday and shared four dishes for four people. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Each dish was unique and deliscious. It was reasonably priced. I want to go again before we leave for home. Highly recommended!
We waited a little but it was worth the wait. The food was excellent.
Star Noodle is our first stop every time we visit Maui. Never disappoints. Service and food is excellent. We have yet to be disappointed. I guess that’s why we go almost every other day while in Maui. Mahalo Nui Loa, Star Noodle.
A lot of hype for what was not an earth-shattering experience. The food was good, but nothing incredible and simply just on-par with the Asian Fusion restaurants we have in the Bay Area. Minimum 1-1/2 to 2 hour waits are the norm, and we booked the next-available reservation which was 3 days later. I don't get it, but whatever. Not worth a 1-1/2 hour wait for me.
This place was awesome. I recommend to everyone must have.
Lunch at ST on Sunday, 12/17. Arrived about 2:00 PM with no reservations. Were able to snag two spots at bar. Hubby started with watermelon cocktail; I chose pineapple/lime soda. Split one one order each of Hot & Sour Noodle soup, miso eggplant and their fabulous ribeye. Gabe provided great service. The best meal of our entire trip!
Much hype, and the food delivered. Flavorful and innovative pacific rim influenced cuisine. Loved the fiddlehead salad w/ dried Ebi & dried squid. The pork ramen broth was dense and the meat was tender. The soup temp was a bit cooler than expected, but not cold.
