Whenever I see Rosie the owner , there’s never an issue with my nails from start to finish. Rosie was not available so I saw someone else EI and Ester , completely messed up my nails, to the point Kim had to fix them , she was standing there laughing as if it was funny. There’s absolutely nothing funny about messing up someone’s nails especially when someone is paying 85 dollars every two weeks and plus giving 20-40 dollar tips. Today I went to star nails and spa and I used to be a regular customer with them but I felt as though they started to get lazy with their work and just did not do what I would ask when I would show them a picture of the exact thing I wanted. I always came in and got french and asked them to please not make them thick, every time I sat down in the chair they did absolutely whatever they wanted to do. I have been giving this salon the benefit of the doubt for the past year. I have never loved the outcome of my nails or the customer service. I always get french tips either square or stiletto shaped. When I’ve waned stiletto and the length kept on I have walked out with very short and round shaped nails when I made it clear what I wanted. I had a great experience at Star Nails! The environment was quiet, clean and relaxing and everyone working was friendly and professional. Jade was my nail *artist* and she did an amazing job on my acrylics and replicated the design that I requested perfectly. I loved that she took her time removing my previous nails and applying and shaping my new set. I will definitely be returning ☺️
