I was very disappointed with my recent manicure and pedicure. The technician was polite and friendly, but the quality of the service was not what I expected. There was nail polish left all over my toes and surrounding skin. He attempted to remove it, but unfortunately it seemed to make the situation worse, smearing the polish further instead of cleaning it up properly. I would highly recommend this place. My go to person for nails is Sarah and she always delivers! I've been coming here for almost 2 years and I've always had great experiences. I love how the pedicure area is separated from the nail section.
At first this nail salon was great — my girlfriend originally found this place and even though it’s 35+ minutes from the Inner Boston/North Shore area, we didn’t mind making the drive because the service used to be worth it. Unfortunately after coming back from Florida and returning here, the experience was completely different. The service was honestly terrible compared to before. Dany is absolutely phenomenal!!! I can walk in and tell her to do what she wants and this is the type of masterpiece I can walk out with.
