I came here for 2nd time. Quality was C. But the price was highest. Customer service was not so good. A lot of pressure to spend more. Not a great feeling overall.

Anthony did my nails the BEST IVE EVER HAD THEM DONE & I am from Atlanta. He is very precise, he filed them very well (coffin shape) & he was actually quick! 10 stars!! The lady that did my eyebrows also did them EXACTLY how I asked! The customer service was also AMAZING. I come to LA once a month and this is where I’ll be coming every time. & I have never ever left a review for any place ever! But felt this was much needed!

Most manicurists there are good. The manager Pam has been consistently rude and disrespectful toward me. Taking walk ins before me when I had been there waiting 1st. Once she yelled at me, when I asked a simple question. Today she took a walk in ahead of me and when I confronted her, she yelled and said to just "go sit down" then spoke under her breath something. I'm not coming here again. I've been coming here for many years. I'm done.

I wasn't able to get in at my regular nail salon and happened to see this nail salon while shopping at TJ Maxx -- I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! There was a short wait since I didn't have an appointment (which was totally expected), but the service more than made up for it. Andy did my nails, and he was incredibly sweet and detailed, taking his time with each nail. I got Gel X and was honestly amazed at how quickly and efficiently he worked without cutting corners.
