I’ve gone here for years. Service has dramatically declined while prices go up. My last pedicure with my 8 yr old last week was awful. $35 for a child basic pedicure, didn’t get the child seat requested upon booking, and my deluxe pedicure took about 25/30 minutes (standard should be 45 at minimum) No soaking, didn’t do routine maintenance like cuticles or nail clean up and it looks like a child painted my toenails. Sad to say but I won’t be going back. $90 wasted.

My family has been going here since I was knee high to a grasshopper (14 years!). I love this salon. They know what they are doing, consistently the best nail salon in the rogue valley. I’ve had my nails and toes done here at least 50 times. Never had an issue! The final product is always worth bragging about. I can’t wait to come back and get another set Cảm ơn STAR NAILS AND SPA

This place deserves a much higher rating. We called and got an appointment for myself, my grandma, my mom and my 2 daughters. I got a pedicure with gel polish. The staff was friendly and has wonderful customer service. Helped my grandma in and out of her chair and went hunting for a different color because I liked the ladies color sitting next to me. Everyone that had to wait, didnt wait long. We were in and out within an hr. even though the staff was all with clients. Definitely going to go back here regularly.
