The nails me and my mom got were nice. But the costumer service was disrespectful and rude. They’re also rough on you and it’s hard to be comfortable. If you want to get your nails done and have a good rest of your day go somewhere else.

Love my nails but the customer service was terrible and they were very rude. One of the workers pointed and laughed at what they didn't realize was an injury on one of my legs. Also, the nail tech did not ask me if I wanted gel or regular, he just started painting then thought to ask what I wanted. I was having a hard time understanding him so he got another worker to repeat what he said. When I stated gel he was clearly irritated as he got up to get the correct equipment. The nails was good but the cleanliness and attitude was disgusting there was roaches, and there attitudes was nasty as all get out, there was one lady yelling at a customer I won’t be back
