We waited 3 hours to get gel nails painted. When it was finally our turn..we were instructed to only pick a solid color with no nail art because they didn't have time.. AFTER WE WAITED 3 HOURS!!!

Everything was filthy. My nails look awful, and I have cuts/ Burns all over my fingers. The nails are not even or smooth. The nail polish itself isn't smooth. It was a huge waste of time and money. I was in pain the entire process. I will never go back and I suggest people don't go at all. The older man did the work for me and he shouldn't be doing work on anybody. Also I didn't get anything fancy. I got plain black nails.

I didn’t like it. They left bumps on my nails and they rushed on it. The polish on it was not what I was looking for. They fixed it but didn’t do it right.

If I could give them a negative star I would. I scheduled an appointment for 11am, arrived and was told it wasn't until 11:30, 11:30 I was asked to wait 15-20 more minutes while the salon owner finished up one client and then took another! I proceeded to sit there waiting until 12:45 pm and the other young lady finished a client and moved on to an awaiting pedicure client. Not one of the 3 workers acknowledged I was still waiting nor did they seem to notice or care when I walked put after waiting for almost 2 hours for a gel... read more
