I went in for a pedicure now as a nail tech student I know the sanitation precidures. He went to use a file that was clearly used many times before. He never pulled out tools that were I a sanitizer bag. He pulled out cuticle cutters from a plastic container no signs of it being sanitized. When I said something he sprayed the cuticle cutters with alcohol. I got up and left
Horrible customer service Will never go back to this place. This was my first time and my last for sure. I developed an allergy to their nail polish after 2 days after my gel pedicure At day 5 got really bad and painful s I went to ask them to remove it. And they even charged me for it. The place looks very questionable and dirty. I do not recommend this place. And not sure about the quality of their nail polishes since I been getting gel pedicures for over 10 years regularly and never had any issues.

Originally, I was going to have Kevin (also goes by Leo) do my nails, but he was a bit busy today, so I went with Simple—and he did such an amazing job!
