Called for an appointment. There was a wait due to limited nail techs, but they did provide great service. Nail color lasted a long time with no chipping.

I tried to go recently but the door was locked when it shows their opening hours should’ve been open. Called and was told they actually can’t do walk ins and there is only 1 nail tech. So the door was locked waiting on a later appointment. Which is fine, if you’re going to be appointment only then maybe update your information so people don’t drive over there and try to walk in. If you intend on only opening for appointments, just say appointments only. no walk ins;

I never had a chance to get my nails done here. I had made an appointment for 12 i was running about 10 mins behind. I honestly didnt think it would have been a huge deal. I arrived and apologized for being a little late. She asked what I was needing and it was just a simple ombre short acrylic set. She explained that she had a client coming in, in about 15 or so min. Sent my wife over there for her nail day. Took over 15min to even be acknowledge, while other patrons were Welcomed and Introduced to services. SMH never again!!!!

Amazing job! I’ve gotten both a manicure & pedicure here and I’m super happy with the results. She knowledgeable, takes her time and listens to what you really want. Super pleased.
