Sally did a great job on my nails and my pedicure. Every time I go there it’s wonderful. Never had a bad experience there yet and super fast which is great and they’re done right

Im so sad to write this review but the service here has gone down hill. I used to love this place. Used to be Good massage and beautiful work. Now, I can't say that. The work is marginal. Uneven filing, takes more than an hour for the standard pedi, lumpy and uneven paint job and I've been nicked twice. To top it off, when you tell them, they look at you like nothing is wrong and then all of the sudden don't understand me. The woman working was so rude and they really don't care. They over book too. I have been going to Star Nails for almost 11 years. Steve and Sally the owners are professional and very friendly. The salon is very clean and fresh. Through the years I’ve had many pedicures, my nails done in gel and powder. They’ve always looked great and lasted weeks. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed too! Every service has been great. They are the best kept secret in Sarasota!
