I agree with the other two reviews. I was there for over 3 hours just to get a pedicure and manicure with Gel. First, they let the young boy do my pedicure and while trimming my cuticles, he cut through the skin on both feet. My toes were sore for days. They were going to let him do my nails as well and I said no way. So they woman who did my manicure had an attitude. She applied the wrong color to my nails and while I was saying all along that it wasn't the correct color, she argued with me that this was the color I chose. ... read more
Terrible service
I have been to this place and both times were a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME !1st time I called a day in advance and set an appointment, when I get there I am told to sit and wait, 30 minutes go by, so I get up and leave. I decide to give them a second chance this time I wait 45 minutes before I get to the chair, as I wait a women walks in and is taken right away ! " because she called in " . Now I know why they're just a hole in the wall, The customer service is pathetic !
