went and sat there for an hour did everyone's nails who came in after me without appointments came up to me multiple times saying it would be just a minute but was a whole hour i used to like this place but after this im never going back

I have been a customer at star nails since December 2025. I went every two weeks for fillings and new polish. I had few complaints with my nails. April 11, 2026 I went to have my acrylic overlay removed professionally. My daughter also had her's removed as well, she had we rn since February 2026. Our nails are now dangerously thin. I absolutely love my nails. I went in with an info picture and she took care of me. I did wait for a second, but that’s to be expected in a nail salon. They were very sweet and very attentive to detail and I absolutely love my nails. I will definitely be going back and I’m going to let her have creative rain for my Christmas nails.
