This place is the worst. They never have any available technicians. I've been trying to get my nails done at this place for 3 days in a row and it's always booked up with three people in there
Horrible service, no idea of professional service. Often talk bad about customers, very rough when using nail equipment which often damages the nails.

Came in here to get something as SIMPLE as taking my nails off. The lady who did it, clearly was rushing and chipped them off instead of soaking them off which left pieces on my nails. When I came back to ask them to properly remove them all the way (the service I originally paid for), I was asked to pay more to “file them down”. What a shame and reminder of why you can’t go to any raggedy nail salon that’s just looking to make a quick buck off of you.
