This was our second time coming. Our first time was a good experience and we tipped $35. I came to get a fill in and me and my daughter sat waiting for over 45 minutes and then a family of 4 came in and said they didn’t have an appointment and we’re getting the exact same services as us and they sat all of them down and started on them before us. We just got up and walked out.
Star Nails salon truly exemplifies customer service! I had my nails done with a color I was not a fan of. I returned the next day and my technician - Nancy - changed it without an issue. She refused to charge me, but I insisted as it was not her fault. Nancy is masterful with her designs and techniques. Thank you, team STAR, for great customer service!
