I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and will not be returning. I came in with my daughter and explained upfront that she is nonverbal, and it was her first time with acrylics, so patience and basic consideration were really important. Unfortunately, the technician (Sam’s wife) working on her was visibly irritated the entire time. She had acrylic caked up under my daughter’s nail which we all know is painful and uncomfortable.
