Extremely RUDE staff, its unsanitary and I left with botched nails
Lots of rigid rules, poor quality and attitude. My daughter and I got full sets less than 2 weeks ago. Because her nails were short, they said it’s normal for a nail or two to come off and that we can return for them to fix. Went back last weekend and got an attitude saying we need to come in every 2 weeks (we returned in one week exactly). We both got fills and polish changes but my daughter’s nails are crooked (apex is off, they just look awful).
