My appointment was scheduled for 5:30, and I waited an entire hour just to be seated. Once I was seated, I waited another 30 minutes and still had no nail technician come over to even begin my appointment. I had already been waiting for an hour and a half before I finally had to leave. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful of my time. I like the little details the staff tend to. I only get Pedicures, and they trim any ingrown nails, file calluses etc. The staff are pleasant and polite.

Rude behaviour, talking stuff about customers in their language, shaking head, going out of control with my nails which hurt me bad. RUDE SERVICE!!!!!!

Angel did my nails today and she absolutely crushed it!!! My nails are so beautiful and I am obsessed. I can tell she takes great pride in her work and she was so careful to make sure everything was perfect. I was so impressed by her work, and I would recommend her to anyone!!
