I gave this salon two chances, but unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The employees were very unfriendly to both me and my daughter. During our first visit, the nails turned out well, so I decided to give them another try. At our second appointment, we weren’t greeted when we walked in, and the person doing my daughter’s nails was rude throughout the visit. My girls are literally crying because we are getting turned down ! For no reason at all!

Wish I could give it a 0. How they have not been shut down is beyond me. The tools were not in a sealed pouch or sanitizer. They just pulled them from a drawer. When my pedicure was finished they had me walk barefoot across the salon to the manicure table and then put a towel on the floor to rest my feet after they were now full of germs from the floor.
