I have been coming to Star Nails for about 6 months, specifically because Vicki does such a wonderful job. As is my standard practice, I called ahead and made an appointment for gel nails with Vicki. Upon arrival, Vicki was finishing up a pedi with another client. Not a problem; I was willing to wait.
