I tried twice unsuccessfully to get my nails done here. The first time a few months ago I had an appointment and I showed up and there was a sign on the door that said closed for the whole day, no communication about this to me. The second time I booked a 9:30am appointment and sat there waiting, the woman in the back said her husband was coming, I waited until 10am before leaving because there was no one there to do my nails and a half hour of being forgotten is a little much without apology.
If i could leave a zero review. This place is the biggest scam. Rude service and she cancelled my appointment after I drove for 20 minutes and no sympathy for the time wasted
Stephanie is absolutely amazing. The only nail tech I will go to for as long as I live in Tampa!!
