Thrilled to have found Star Nail and Lash after being loyal to my nail lady in Miami for many years….and moving to Tampa. Stephanie has made all my memorable occasions special with fabulous nails. She has amazing attention to detail, is very professional, patient and sweet as could be. No complaints, just compliments everywhere I go — as to how great my nails look and last!

I tried twice unsuccessfully to get my nails done here. The first time a few months ago I had an appointment and I showed up and there was a sign on the door that said closed for the whole day, no communication about this to me. The second time I booked a 9:30am appointment and sat there waiting, the woman in the back said her husband was coming, I waited until 10am before leaving because there was no one there to do my nails and a half hour of being forgotten is a little much without apology.
If i could leave a zero review. This place is the biggest scam. Rude service and she cancelled my appointment after I drove for 20 minutes and no sympathy for the time wasted
