RecommendedI love coming to this wonderful nail salon. They also have the crackled foil I've been looking for everywhere and in many different colors!! I definitely will make this my regular spot.
Friendly staff clean plenty of parking
Went there for the first time today and they were very nice and Nancy did an excellent job on my nails. I just moved to PA 3 weeks ago and they are the only salon close that does UV gel nails. worth the drive and price was perfect. definitely going back.
I am new to the area and figured i give them a try since my job is just across from them. The guy that did my nails did not know what he was doing.i kept having to tell him it did not look right. he got very aggravated and said it looked that way because of my fingers and how small my nail beds were. i will never go there ever again. worst place ever!!! the staff does not know what they are doing.
My gel manicure came out terrible, bumpy, uneven, and parts of nail not even covered in polish. When I told the technician that it looked terrible she only fixed the nails that were uneven and missing polish. One week later the gel polish is now chipping and falling off. A gel manicure usually lasts me at least 3 weeks. I’ve been there once before and did not have this problem, however this last tech is absolutely terrible and will not be returning.
They are not even deserving of 1 star to be honest. The manager is very rude, the staff does not know what they’re doing and their tools are not clean! BEWARE!!!!!
The woman who did my Brazilian wax said she had never done a wax before and it was OBVIOUS. A couple times she pulled the strip off and the wax was still stuck in my skin, and she plucked it off with tweezers. SO PAINFUL. I’ve been getting waxed for years and have never had one so bad. They also didn’t have a bed and sanitary tissues to sit on. She wanted me to sit in a leather chair and I had to ask for a towel at least to sit on. So unsanitary!!
Worst wax I ever got. She used small eyebrow strips for a Brazilian so it took so long and I was very sore! She also only waxed the top because she didn’t know how to wax the lips but still wanted to charge $45! Then was very confrontational when I suggested to pay 1/2. Would give 0/10 stars if I could
Clean and elegant .. my tech Hau is great and if you want to be humored and laugh at bit this is your nail tech.
