I am new to the area and figured i give them a try since my job is just across from them. The guy that did my nails did not know what he was doing.i kept having to tell him it did not look right. he got very aggravated and said it looked that way because of my fingers and how small my nail beds were. i will never go there ever again. worst place ever!!! the staff does not know what they are doing.

The woman who did my Brazilian wax said she had never done a wax before and it was OBVIOUS. A couple times she pulled the strip off and the wax was still stuck in my skin, and she plucked it off with tweezers. SO PAINFUL. I’ve been getting waxed for years and have never had one so bad. They also didn’t have a bed and sanitary tissues to sit on. She wanted me to sit in a leather chair and I had to ask for a towel at least to sit on. So unsanitary!!

Worst wax I ever got. She used small eyebrow strips for a Brazilian so it took so long and I was very sore! She also only waxed the top because she didn’t know how to wax the lips but still wanted to charge $45! Then was very confrontational when I suggested to pay 1/2. Would give 0/10 stars if I could
