Went here because my nail tech is out of town and they recently fixed a broken nail for me and did a great job so I decided to get a fill since he won’t be back for 2 more weeks. Absolutely the worst French tip I’ve ever received in my life. I had to ask her to fix the thickness 3 times to match the other hand and at that point just gave up because you could see the customers accumulating at the door and I honestly just accepted that she was not going to be able to fix it without taking it all off and starting over. I wish I could give no stars. I shouldn't have went in there to patron in the first place. I had a very disappointing experience at Star Nails. I walked in because I had an emergency and only needed one nail repaired. As soon as I entered, the employee asked if I wanted a manicure. I explained that I only needed a single nail fixed. Suddenly, I was told they were busy and only accepted appointments.
