Love this place!! Have been to salons in many different states and prefer the treatment from Star Nails. Have gone to Star Nails now for quite some time. If I am out of town and am forced to go elsewhere, I have my nails redone once I am back in Fort Wayne.
AWFUL! I have gone to Star Nails a hand full of times. The first time I had a great experience and the price was great. The next time I went the service was terrible and it just got worse. I made an appointment with a nail tech I liked hoping I would have a good experience but I was wrong. I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 mins while my feet were in cold water. Where should I begin? I honestly don't have one good thing to say about them! I've gone there multiple times, and each time just gets worse and worse. Last time I went in there, i got a full set and a pedicure, the pedicure was fine until they started beating on my legs. I had a VERY visible bruise the size of someone's fist and they pretty much punched it multiple times, which about sent me through the roof hurting so bad. But, my toes did look alright.
