Ken was good. I had to tell him how to shape my nails and he did it right. His wife on the other hand is a complete nut job. She comes into the shop and starts screaming at the walls 5 times over about her terrible banking experience, as if I didn't hear her the first time. At 3pm at 110 degrees outside. She leaves the door open saying we need fresh air. When I got up to wash my hands, I was Sweating real bad. I asked if I could have some water, they did. Very uncomfortable place. Will not return.

AMAZING!! This was my first time at Star Nails. Adrianna was FANTASTIC!! She said she was gentle. And she was. This is the best mani/pedi experience I have had in a long time. Highly recommend.

This by far is the worst place to get your nails done me and my wife are from out of town Vancouver, Washington. I’ve been down here working my wife went to go get her nails done. I’m a dirty carpenter and I literally think I could’ve done a better job definitely do notrecommend this place.

First time visiting. The stylists are very lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. I had a gentleman stylist who rushed through my service (standard pedi and mani), left uneven nails and used tools that were not clean and covered in nail debris from previous clients. The shop is very small and there were only three employees at the time with other clients waiting, which is why I did not ask the manager to take over and redo my services for me, but I truly wish she had.
