The owner does a Great job, but does not care about her customers. True professionals care about making their customers look and feel good. She expects everyone to be in time, but she's always running late. I am on time for every appointment and have waited for her many times. I was running late about 15 minutes and she wouldn't take me. I asked for no chip polish and a day later it’s coming off and chipping. They did a good job on my eyebrows but the nails were bad.
