Terrible experience. I genuinely feel like I wasted $48 on my feet. As soon as I walked in, there was a strong smell that reminded me of cat urine, and the overall energy from the nail technician was very unwelcoming. When I was seated, the pedicure bowl already had water sitting in it. She put a blue liner/thing into that same bowl, but I was uncomfortable with that and had to specifically request to be moved to another pedicure bowl. Be sure to check the one star reviews for the truth! I have never seen a place identify themself as a professional nail salon and have kindergarten technicians to do someone’s nails absolutely ridiculous!!!! Don’t go there!!
Update** A day later, the polish has completely cracked & chipped. When I called the salon, no one knew what I was talking about.*** Customer service was nice. Polite. But the overall outcome and total amount paid sucks. The basic polish is already beginning to crack, not even 5 hours later. I was charged $60 for a simple manicure and pedicure. I just wanna Thank Andy so much for making my nails so beautiful I finally found a new nail tech and I have been searching since I moved to Wilmington Area , I have tried so many other places and have been so disappointed. I made my appointment with them and gave them a shot and excellency all the way absolutely love my nails thank you Andy again I’m so happy I have you as my new Nail Tech.
