I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! It was plain terrible. I went with a friend and we had an appointment. We get there and check in and we are told to wait. There were two costumers they are getting service and all the other workers are having converasations and lounging around. So we literally sit there an hour before we actually get serviced. My friend wanted a simple french manicure and they didnt understand they kept trying to get her to do something different even after she told they she didnt want to. I bought a LivingSocial deal for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax in May of 2011. Part of the deal was that an appointment was required to redeem the voucher, you cannot just walk in to the nail salon and use your voucher. Also, when making your appointment you have to stipulate that you are wanting to use your LivingSocial voucher. So, every time that I have tried to make an appointment, I was told they were booked on every day I asked about.
