I had the pleasure of dealing with Lucky and Ashely a few times now. I initially went in with some ongoing electrical issues that were never resolved. Needless to say, I went in to the service department with quite a bit of frustration, and was ready to light it up. Lucky, listened to what I had to say and had some helpful insight, and worked with me and the managers there to find a resolution.
