I had an amazing experience purchasing my AMG sl43 convertible from Star Motors last month. George Yin went above and beyond as my salesperson, and his manager, Adam Asiri, was extremely supportive. Both were professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable.
Excellent service from Sal and his team. Our third purchase from Sal. Excellent vehicles. We have been driving a Mercedes since 2017 and love the performance and look of the vehicles.
I brought my Mercedes in for a routine oil change, understanding that this service is not covered under warranty. However, I was surprised to be quoted close to $600, which is almost double what another Mercedes location quoted me (around $299 for the same service). I understand that additional inspections can increase the cost, but this should always be clearly explained and approved before proceeding.
