Second ignore first review I can say nothing but good things about all the people at Star Motors, especially Herb and Vicki. I had exactly the same experience as Joe D. and cannot recommend them highly enough. I have driven Mercedes Benz, used and new, since 1968. This business gives much better service than the dealers possibly because they aren't beholden to "corporate". Why does the woman complaining not give her name?
6 stars if possible Just like the label for five star states, world class. I've been servicing our lovely benz for quite some time. I have nothing but praises for Herb. I know nothing about cars, so when the first few times I got it serviced I brought some car-savy friends ensure i didn't fall victim. They suggested that this place is beyond fair and should continue getting my service there.

Forget the last review This woman is just disgruntled with her life. No one can please her. Herb is an excellent mechanic and he never oversells you on extra parts or services. He investigated an electrical problem on my 1985 300SD, and I know he put in way more time on it than he charged me for. He always does a thorough job, I'd recommend his service above all in Ventura for Mercedes Benz service!
