I absolutely love Star Motor Werks! The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable and always treats you like family. This is the only place I trust with my Mercedes. They’re honest and transparent, clearly explaining what repairs are urgent and what can wait. When I was shopping for my second Mercedes, bringing in some cars for PPIs, Geoff went above and beyond, offering expert advice on which models to consider, which to avoid, and what common issues to watch out for.
Not only is Geoff a true professional he's also a class act, I had a very specific and obscure request that required extensive research. I feel most other shops would've given up or outright refused the job but SMW stuck to it and produced a beautiful result that was as good as I could've hoped for, and this is done while being very patient with answering my constant calls and questions. I was referred to Star Motor Werks by buddy of mine where I live in Fresno, CA. He told me that he drives 5-6 hours just to service his C63s and he won’t take his car anywhere else. I followed his advice and drove my car down to Costa Mesa and I rented a car from John Wayne airport back to Fresno since my car needs time to get all the services done!
