We were referred to Star Werks Motors by Allen Tire next door after replacing all of our tires, and I’m so glad we were. Geoff and his team are exceptional. If you want peace of mind and confidence in the people that are working on your car then this is the place for you. There is not another shop I trust with my car as much this one, and trust me I learned the hard way. Unlike other shops they’re not going to try and sell you unnecessary work or do “guesswork” on the car. At the time, I had been saving up for a brake upgrade and decided to reach out via Instagram (as suggested on their page) back in 2024. Had a smart key that unexpectedly failed on my Mom as she was having lunch. Luckily, she wasn’t far away and was able to bring her the spare key. Called our local MB dealer only to be told that I would have to drop off the car for them to diagnose even though I explained in detail what happened. They wanted $325 just to diagnose the issue. UPDATE: Greetings everyone! I just wanted to provide a quick update regarding this whole situation. Long story short it was a misunderstanding between Star Motor Werks and I. Geoff made numerous attempts to contact me as well as took time out of his busy schedule to chat with me about the specificities of project.
