Star Motor Werks is my go to shop for my c63s. I never take it anywhere else because no one does the job like Jeff does. Jeff goes above and beyond every time I bring my car into his shop. Treating me like family. His prices are unbeatable.
Geoff does a good job at explaining upcoming maintenance concerns. Mercedes are expensive cars and I’ve found that going to the dealer doesn’t mean better service. He just said my mom’s brake fluid hasn’t been changed called dealer they said they did it last April. I try to avoid dealership because Random techs work on your car. If you go to a mechanic that knows your vehicle it’s more personable. He understands when maybe you should be looking to also get into a new vehicle since expensive repairs are coming. I had an absolutely incredible experience at Star Motor Werks. Brought in my 2020 c63s for some maintenance and ended up getting an exhaust done with them. Once the exhaust came in, they got my car in the next day and stayed 2.5 hours past close just to get it to me by the weekend. I’m ecstatic about the result and the service. Would recommend to my friends and family. Geoff the owner was great, is an AMG master tech, and personally helped to get my car ready for the weekend. 10 out of 10!
