Extremely poor customer service. I had an appointment at 10am and pulled in, not one person came to assist me. One service man came out and completely ignored me and walked past me several times. I left. The greenway location has way better employees. Never again
This is my second car from Star Motor Car, about 10 years after the first one. I worked with Howard Diskin in sales and Paul Kim as his manager: both are seasoned professional who were helpful and direct in this process. Working with them made the process easy. Just purchased my C300 today. Professionalism, straight talking, no pushing, customer first always is how I resume my buying experience with MB Star Motor Cars. Special call out to Chuong, he fight hard for me to ensure his manager accepts my offer. I can’t ask for a better experience. Living in The Woodlands, it was worth the travel time to purchase the car I like at the price I considered fair. Way to go, Star Motor Cars team!
Anthony was a cool dude, very responsive and respectful. He didn’t come down on that price and the finance process was a little slow, but overall good experience and the car is in good condition.

Even though I couldn’t complete the purchase due to personal circumstances, I truly appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and excellent customer service.
