We waited hours for another AC company to come out this afternoon and look at a leak we had but when we called to see where they were, they said they wouldn’t be able to come today. They never bothered to even let us know.😢 So we called Croaker and.Roy came out within 30 minutes (Wow!) and knew exactly what to do. Chuck came out on a late Saturday afternoon. Repaired the necessary parts to get our unit up and running again. Highly recommend this company, responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Absolute crooks! Called for a simple tub diverter replacement. Tech tried to insist we needed to remove drywall and redo the entire manifold. When I questioned him on details, he could not provide a clear explanation on why such a large scope of work was needed for a simple job, but insisted his $1250 bid was the only path forward. Had another plumber complete the easy job for under $200. These clowns still billed me $125 for the service call. I called this morning with my AC not working. Barb answered the phone and saw my account right away. Travis was here by 10:30 and took care of the problem. Travis is very efficient and professional, but also has a ready smile. A good company with good trustworthy people.
