AC went out Monday, called Star Air after 5:00 pm and they came out first thing in the morning! Could be more thankful for such quick response. Bryan and Jeffrey were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Asked me what I noticed or heard snd went right to work. Explained what he was checking and found the problem within minutes. Let me know what it was going to cost and took care of it. He then checked my Freon levels and made sure everything else was working correctly before they left. All I can say is that Croaker AC company was fair with me . I can’t tell you how many companies have come to my house explaining that they need to exchange entire system for thousands of dollars . Not Croaker , they come find the problem , and do not try to take advantage of my inexperience with my air conditioning. What a breath of fresh air to find an honest company .
Cesar was the best . They were very honest .
