Chuck and Jerry did a wonderful job and we're VERY professional. They answered all my curious questions and showed me my old air duct along with the new one they were installing. I should have replaced a long time ago.I can feel air coming out of vent without having to get something to stand on now. Thank you so much
Mike was our technician. He was very professional and friendly. He even came back on Sunday to double check the refrigerant pressure. Some of the work included replacing a part that was still under the manufacturer's warranty and they took care of contacting them and all of the paperwork so we didn't have to do that. Update: A few years after the above review, we needed work done again, so we called Croaker. Again, our part was under warranty, so we only paid for refrigerant and labor. Our technician was Jerry.
